06_Utica Street & Utility Improvements Project Update 20260717
Week of July 20:
- The Contractor has indicated that they intend to start the watermain installation in Phase 1A (along the driveway of Whitewater Milling) on or around July 20th.
- No road closures are scheduled for this work.
- The Contractor plans to perform a sanitary sewer spot repair on the east end of E Main Street on Wednesday July 22nd.
- This repair must happen prior to sanitary sewer liner installation.
- There are no sanitary sewer service restrictions/outages scheduled for this work.
- East Main Street will be temporarily closed at the repair location.
Project Notes:
- Thank you in advance for your continued attention to project safety in the work zone.
- A sewer lining information sheet and example door hanger work notice were uploaded to the city’s website. We encourage all residents to check out both.
- A phasing plan figure has been added to the city website. This is for residents to reference and understand where work is occurring when phases are called out in the weekly updates. We encourage all residents to check it out.
