Monthly meter reading and invoicing

Water meters are read at the end of each month. Invoices are mailed to residents the first week of the month.

Fees

  • Water monthly base fee $61.00. Usage is billed at 50 cents per 100 gallon used.
  • Sewer monthly base fee $61.00. Usage is billed at 50 cents per 100 gallons water used.

Payments may be mailed to the city at PO Box 431, Utica MN 55979 or dropped off in the silver payment box in front of the Utica Post Office.

Late fees are billed at 10%.
